1. Products and purpose
These Terms govern the purchase, use, cancellation and refund of WPG Project's paid digital products, sold on the official site. The conditions shown on the payment screen (product, plan, price, duration and renewal) are part of the purchase. General use of the site follows the Terms of Use.
- WPG VIP: access, during the purchased period, to the exclusive tools described in the offer (planning, calculations, event analyses, routes and projections). Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly plans. Does not include the AI Coach.
- WPG AI Coach: an automated artificial intelligence assistant for Naruto Online, with a number of points per month (1 question = 1 point), plus all VIP benefits while the plan is active. Iniciante, Pro, Elite and SUPREMO plans, each with its own periods.
- AI Coach extra points: one-off point packs for people with an active Coach plan.
- WPG Store: cosmetic items for your WPG account (frames, nameplates, badges and similar). They only change how things look on the site and give no advantage in any game.
Only the features announced in the offer are part of the purchase. Donations and support (WPG FUND and the legal campaign) are not product purchases and follow the Terms of Use.

2. Nature of the services
The tools help with planning and analysing information about compatible games. The purchase does not guarantee specific results in the game. Games change over time, and calculations and recommendations may need updating.
Price, duration, included features, relevant limitations and payment conditions are shown before the purchase.
3. WPG AI Coach
The AI Coach produces automated guidance based on the information available on the site and the information you provide. Answers may contain inaccuracies or become outdated after game changes. When the system itself fails (a site or AI error), the point is not spent; when a wrong answer is confirmed by the team, the point is returned.
The AI Coach is for people over 18 only and is not available in countries the AI provider does not serve. Specific results not promised in the offer are not guaranteed. This does not exclude the responsibilities the law assigns to the supplier.
4. Before you pay
Before any payment, the site shows the product, the plan, the total price, the duration, the payment method and whether there is automatic renewal, plus a summary of cancellation and refunds and links to these Terms, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
For VIP, the screen highlights that VIP does not include the AI Coach. For the AI Coach, the screen highlights that the plan includes the VIP benefits. To continue, you tick a box that starts unticked; without it, the pay button stays off.
5. Payment and activation
Payments are processed by Mercado Pago. WPG Project does not receive card details. The price is always the one calculated by the site's server at the time of purchase (with a discount coupon, when there is one).
- WPG VIP: PIX (one-time payment for a period) or credit card (recurring subscription).
- WPG AI Coach, extra points and WPG Store: PIX only, one-time payment.
Access is released after Mercado Pago confirms the payment. The site does not treat as paid anything that has not been approved yet. Paying by PIX does not, by itself, authorise recurring charges.
6. Duration and renewal

On the monthly Coach plan, the plan's points renew every month and do not accumulate; on longer periods, they accumulate until the end of the paid period. Special conditions shown in the offer (such as the Founder's locked price) apply as presented.
7. Right of withdrawal
For purchases made outside a physical store, including online, you may withdraw within 7 days of the purchase, under art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, where applicable.
When exercised properly, this right guarantees the return of the amounts paid, as provided by law. Simply accessing or using the tools during this period is not, on its own, considered a waiver of the right.
The request can be made through the support channels (section 15), without prejudice to other means provided by law.
8. Requests after the deadline
After the legal deadline, simply changing your mind does not, by itself, give a right to a refund under art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.
Legal rights relating to significant failures, breach of the offer, defects, wrong charges and other situations that allow a refund or compensation remain guaranteed.
9. Cancellation and how the products relate
The card VIP subscription can be cancelled at any time in Profile > Account (or through the support channels). Cancelling stops the next charges, and access continues until the end of the period already paid, unless there is a legal or contractual reason to end it earlier.
With PIX payments there is no automatic charge to cancel: access lasts until the end of the paid period.
VIP included in the AI Coach: the VIP that comes with the Coach lasts while the Coach plan is active. When the Coach period ends, the included VIP ends with it; if the Coach payment is refunded or disputed, the period of that payment is undone and, if the plan ends, the included VIP ends with it. A VIP purchased separately is not affected: it stays valid for its own period, with no double charge.
Buying VIP alone does not grant the AI Coach.
10. How refunds work
Refunds are made through Mercado Pago, using the same method as the payment. When the refund or dispute (chargeback) is confirmed, the site automatically undoes what that payment released:
- VIP: the VIP time from that payment is removed;
- AI Coach: the period from that payment is removed; if the plan ends as a result, the plan's points and the included VIP go with it; for extra points, the points from that pack are removed;
- WPG Store: the item from that payment leaves the account and is no longer used.
Partial refunds and disputes still open are reviewed by the team before any change to access.
11. User responsibilities
You must provide correct information when needed (such as the in-game nickname asked for before payment), protect your means of access, use the platform legitimately and not share or sell your access.
Exploiting flaws, committing payment fraud, bypassing access controls or redistributing WPG materials without authorisation is not allowed, except for uses permitted by law. Violations may lead to measures proportional to their seriousness, under these Terms and the law.
12. Availability and updates
WPG may carry out maintenance, fixes and updates. Outages and relevant changes are handled according to their impact, the offer and the law. This clause does not authorise the arbitrary removal of advertised essential features nor remove responsibilities provided by law.
13. Intellectual property
WPG's original texts, tools, calculations, interfaces and content are protected by law, subject to third-party rights (game brands, names and characters belong to their owners). The purchase grants personal use during its term; redistribution or sale without authorisation is not allowed, except for uses permitted by law.
14. Personal data protection
Data processing follows Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD). Data is processed, under the applicable legal basis, to manage the account, authenticate, process payments, provide the service, give support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. What the AI Coach stores, for how long and with whom it is shared is in the Privacy Policy, which also lists your rights.
15. Support
To report a problem, request cancellation, withdrawal or a refund, or ask about a purchase, use:
- Profile > Help > Contact staff, which opens a private support thread with the team on the official Discord;
- the official WPG Project Discord.
Requests are handled within the legal deadlines. Support records are kept for as long as needed for their purposes and legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Record of the purchase
When you confirm, WPG records the account, product, plan, amount, payment method, version of these Terms, date and time of acceptance and the transaction reference, as far as needed to prove the purchase and meet legal obligations. The acceptance is kept separate from the payment status. You can see your acceptances in Profile > Account > Purchases and accepted terms, with a link to the exact version accepted.
The records are protected and do not store card details. Accepting does not mean waiving mandatory rights, nor does it validate clauses contrary to law.
17. Changes to these Terms
The current version is on this page, identified by its date. Previous versions are kept at /legal/versoes/. Relevant changes that require a new acceptance go through the applicable notice and acceptance procedure. Changes do not remove acquired rights or retroactively change conditions to the consumer's detriment where the law forbids it.
18. Applicable law
These Terms are interpreted under Brazilian law, especially the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), Decree No. 7,962/2013 and other applicable rules.
19. Purchase confirmation
Before completing the purchase, you have access to these Terms, the plan's commercial conditions and the Privacy Policy, and the confirmation is recorded in a verifiable way. The confirmation shows awareness of the information presented, without waiving rights guaranteed by Brazilian law.
