Terms of Use

1. About WPG Project

WPG Project is an independent platform for the gaming community, especially Naruto Online BR. It offers:

• tools, calculators and information for planning and progressing game accounts;
• a Community with text, voice, video and screen-sharing channels, groups and direct messages, and a Feed of posts;
• paid products: WPG VIP, the WPG AI Coach (an artificial intelligence assistant), AI Coach extra points and cosmetic items from the WPG Store;
• the option to support the project with donations.

WPG Project is not affiliated with the companies that own the games. By using the platform, you state that you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Access to the platform

Some features are free; others require an account or a specific authorisation (VIP, AI Coach, Staff). You are responsible for using the platform properly and keeping your means of access secure.

3. Age and capacity

Using the platform requires civil capacity under Brazilian law. Minors may only use WPG Project when represented or assisted by their legal guardians.

The WPG AI Coach is for people over 18 only: before the first use, the site asks for the date of birth and keeps only whether the person is an adult or not.

4. Account and sign-in

4.1. Sign-in with Discord

When you sign in with Discord, you allow WPG Project to receive what is needed to identify the account and manage access: ID, username, avatar, e-mail and membership of the official server and its roles. WPG Project does not ask for or store your Discord password.

4.2. E-mail and password account

You can create an account with e-mail and password. The e-mail is verified by link and the password is stored only in protected form (key derivation function), never readable. You are responsible for keeping the password confidential and for what is done on your account.

4.3. Other providers

Sign-in with Google or Facebook may be enabled in the future, linked to an existing WPG account.

4.4. Session and two-step verification

Sessions have a limited validity, and you can see and end each active session. Two-step verification (temporary code) is optional.

5. Paid products

WPG VIP, the WPG AI Coach, AI Coach extra points and WPG Store items are sold under the Terms of Sale, Cancellation and Refund, which cover prices, duration, renewal, the 7-day right of withdrawal, cancellation and refunds. In short: VIP does not include the AI Coach; the AI Coach includes the VIP benefits while the plan is active.

VIP access can also be granted by a role on the official Discord server or as a prize; in those cases, it depends on the requirements still being met.

6. Donations and support

Donations (WPG FUND) and contributions to the legal campaign are support for the project, not a product purchase. You can appear in the supporters ranking or stay anonymous. The name shown is the first name given to the payment processor; no document appears in the ranking.

7. XP, Rewards and referrals

Messages in public Community channels can earn XP, with a limit against abuse. XP unlocks levels and bonus spins that only give XP. XP and prizes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and may be adjusted to correct abuse or errors.

The referral and Creator Partner programme follows the rules shown on its own page, including who can refer and when commission applies.

8. Launcher uploads

People who use a partner launcher can, with consent given on the linking screen, send WPG reports of their own spending and prizes in game events. Uploads start private; only you decide to publish. Reports are added up (without identifying the person) into the calculators' data. They are launcher reports, not official game data. The link can be revoked at any time.

9. Proper use

You may not use WPG Project to:

• gain unauthorised access to restricted areas or features;
• exploit flaws, vulnerabilities or security mechanisms;
• bypass authentication, authorisation or age checks;
• use automation that harms the platform or the AI Coach;
• copy, redistribute or commercially exploit protected resources without authorisation;
• deliberately send false data (for example, made-up launcher reports);
• harass, spam, commit fraud or illegal acts, or harm other people.

10. Prohibited content

WPG Project does not allow, under any circumstances, adult (18+) communities, channels, posts or any adult content, not even with warnings or age checks, because it brings people of different ages together in the same space.

Posting, sharing, promoting or glorifying the following is prohibited:

• pornographic or sexually explicit content;
• child sexual exploitation or abuse in any form (besides removal and a ban, it is reported to the authorities);
• terrorism or violent extremism;
• political extremism that incites violence or hatred;
• incitement, glorification or instructions for murder, suicide or other serious crimes.

Violations lead to suspension or a ban of the account and, where applicable, closure of the community. Moderation actions are based on concrete evidence.

11. Content posted by users

Feed posts, comments and channel messages are stored on the platform's servers and may be seen by others according to the feature used. "Delete" removes content from display; permanent removal follows the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the rights to post it. By posting, you allow WPG Project to store, display, moderate and back up the content as needed for the service.

Staff may hide (reversibly) or remove content that violates these Terms or the law, recording the reason. Reports are reviewed by Staff and do not remove anything automatically.

12. Private messages

Private messages are stored on the servers so that you and the other person can access them later. There is no end-to-end encryption, and the content is not used for advertising. Administrative access to a private conversation may happen when needed for operations, security, legal obligations or investigating a report.

13. Information, calculations and AI Coach

Tools, calculations, estimates and projections are for information and planning and may vary with game events and updates. AI Coach answers are automated and may contain inaccuracies. Evaluate the results before deciding.

14. Availability

The platform runs according to technical availability and may have interruptions, maintenance, updates or errors. For paid products, the rules in section 12 of the Terms of Sale also apply.

15. Intellectual property

The structure, visual identity, code, tools and content made for WPG Project may not be reproduced, modified, redistributed or commercially exploited without authorisation. Third-party brands, names, characters and elements belong to their owners.

16. Suspension or termination

WPG Project may restrict or suspend access for anyone who violates these Terms or tries to compromise the platform's security, operation or integrity, proportionately. Suspension does not remove rights the law guarantees over amounts paid.

17. Data, retention and deletion

How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

Account deletion. You can ask for your account to be deleted through the support channels. On deletion, credentials, sessions, preferences, notifications and private messages are erased; posts and channel messages remain with the author anonymised ("Removed user"); payments, terms acceptances and records needed for proof or disputes are kept with the identity anonymised for the legal period; and the donor leaves the supporters ranking. Self-service deletion from the profile and data export are in development; the format is [pending legal validation].

18. Changes to the terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the platform, security or the law. The current version is on this page and previous ones at /legal/versoes/. Relevant changes are announced through the available channels.

19. Contact and support

Talk to the team through Profile > Help > Contact staff (opens a private support thread on the official Discord) or the official WPG Project Discord.

20. Applicable law

These Terms follow Brazilian law. Depending on the relationship, the Consumer Protection Code, the Civil Code, the Civil Rights Framework for the Internet, the General Data Protection Law and other relevant rules apply.
